Biography
Ravi Tewari is an author, speaker, and former Group CEO of Guardian Group, where he led one of the Caribbean’s largest financial organizations through major cultural and strategic transformation. With more than 30 years of experience in finance, insurance, and executive leadership, he is known for linking timeless wisdom with modern business challenges.
Ravi now serves as a board advisor across the manufacturing, real estate, and energy sectors, helping leaders strengthen decision-making, build trust, and create sustainable, values-driven success.
A graduate of Bayes Business School and Fatima College, Ravi brings global perspective and deep ethical insight to his writing, keynote talks, and advisory work. He lives in Trinidad with his wife and two daughters.
